1. Terms of Use

UseToolSuite provides a collection of free, browser-based developer tools for personal and commercial use. You may use these tools for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to formatting code, encoding and decoding data, generating assets, and performing text operations.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the tools beyond normal browser inspection, or use automated scripts to overload the website.
• You are solely responsible for the data you input into the tools and the outputs you generate.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on UseToolSuite — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, tool implementations, documentation, illustrations, icons, and text — is the intellectual property of UseToolSuite and its creator, Necmeddin Cunedioğlu, unless otherwise stated.

• The tools themselves (source code, algorithms, and UI design) are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the tool source code without explicit written permission.
• The output generated by the tools (formatted code, encoded strings, converted images, generated passwords, etc.) belongs entirely to you. We claim no ownership over any data you process or generate using our tools.
• Third-party libraries used by the tools (such as Lucide Icons and open-source JavaScript libraries) are subject to their respective licenses.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the tools will produce error-free, accurate, or complete results. While we strive for correctness, browser-based tools are subject to inherent limitations of JavaScript engines, browser APIs, and client-side processing.
• UseToolSuite shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the tools, including but not limited to data loss, incorrect outputs, security vulnerabilities in generated passwords, or any decisions made based on tool outputs.
• For security-critical operations (such as password storage, cryptographic hashing, or data validation), always verify the outputs using established, peer-reviewed tools and libraries in your own infrastructure.
• The educational content (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, glossaries) is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

4. Data Privacy

• Tools that handle files (Image Compressor, Favicon Generator, Image to Base64 Converter) use the HTML5 Canvas API, FileReader API, and Blob API for local processing. No files are uploaded to any server.
• Cryptographic operations (hash generation, password generation, UUID generation) use the browser's native Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues), which sources entropy from your operating system.
• Some browser-stored preferences (such as bookmark dismissal) use localStorage and remain on your device.
• Third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Fonts, Cloudflare) may collect anonymized usage data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Advertising

UseToolSuite may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar advertising networks. These advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the free tools. Advertising services may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or the Google Ads Settings page.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ankara, Turkey.
