Data Processing

All tools on UseToolSuite process data entirely within your browser using native Web APIs and JavaScript. No input data — including text, code, images, or files — is ever collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. Your data stays on your device at all times.

File Uploads

Some tools (such as the Image Compressor, Favicon Generator, and Image to Base64 Converter) allow you to upload files. These files are processed entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API, FileReader API, and Blob API. No files are ever uploaded to any server. Generated outputs (such as compressed images, favicon sets, or ZIP archives) are created client-side and downloaded directly to your device.

Cookies

UseToolSuite does not use cookies for tracking purposes. We currently serve no advertising, so no advertising cookies are set. Google Analytics runs in consent-aware mode: for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland it stores nothing on your device and reports only cookieless, aggregated measurements. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

Advertising

UseToolSuite currently shows no advertising. No ad scripts, ad frames, or advertising cookies are loaded. The section below describes what will apply if and when we enable Google AdSense; we will restore the consent banner before any ad is served.

When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites across the internet. We do not share any personal information or tool-input data with advertisers.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices (or www.youronlinechoices.eu for visitors in the EU).
• Once advertising is enabled, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown non-personalized ads unless they explicitly consent to personalized advertising via our cookie banner. You will be able to change that choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the consent banner again.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages — for hosting and content delivery
• Google Analytics — for aggregated, consent-aware traffic measurement
• Google AdSense — for advertising; currently not loaded (see above)

These services may collect minimal, anonymized data (such as page load metrics) in accordance with their own privacy policies. No personal or tool-input data is shared with any third party.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics such as page views, session duration, and general geographic region (country-level). This helps us understand which tools are most used and improve the site accordingly. Google Analytics does not have access to any data you input into our tools. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic, privacy-friendly page view tracking that does not use cookies.

Local Storage

Some tools use your browser's localStorage to save preferences such as theme selection (light/dark mode), recently used tools, and tool-specific settings like indentation size or delimiter choice. This data is stored entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear this data at any time through your browser's developer tools or settings. No personally identifiable information is stored in localStorage.

Children's Privacy

UseToolSuite is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all tools run locally in the browser and no personal data is collected from any user, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection from minors.

Data Retention

Since UseToolSuite does not collect or store any user data on servers, there is no data retention period to disclose. Any data processed by our tools exists only in your browser's memory during your session and is automatically cleared when you close the tab or navigate away. Local storage preferences persist until you manually clear them.

Your Rights

Under applicable data protection regulations including the GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Because UseToolSuite does not collect or store any personal data on its servers, these rights are inherently fulfilled — there is no personal data held by us that could be accessed, corrected, or deleted. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.
